- Which stores are watched for free?
- Our partner stores. Once price drop alerts are on, we watch every wish you add from them. Other stores need Plus.
- How often are prices checked?
- Wishes from partner stores are checked every 2–6 days, and more often in the weeks after someone opens the list. With Plus, the wishes you choose to watch are checked every 12 hours.
- What counts as a price drop?
- By default, a fall of 9% or more since the last price we saw. Smaller moves show in your list but aren't emailed. With Plus you can set your own threshold or a price target.
- Why haven't I had an email?
- Price drop alerts are off until you turn them on in notification settings. Once they are on, we start watching your partner-store wishes and email you about the next drop of 9% or more.
- Does free watching ever stop?
- Free watching stops on a list that nobody has opened for 90 days. Every visit to the list keeps it going. With Plus it doesn't stop while your subscription is active.
